Bio: Ana specializes in helping clients navigate various presentations and intersections of anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, depression, gender identity and expression, sexuality, relationships of all kinds, suicidal thinking, self-harm, and life transitions. Ana centers history, connection, emotion, and your unique strengths when approaching your therapeutic journey. Her clinical orientation combines strengths-based, feminist, and trauma-informed frameworks that center exploration and empowerment. Ana aims to co-create a safe therapeutic space to process life’s most challenging tasks.
